Digital asset analytics firm Bitcurate and Infinity Blockchain Ventures‘ Asia Blockchain Review (ABR is a flagship media platform of IBV) formalized their partnership in a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed on February 1st, 2019. The partnership seeks to build a more well-informed cryptocurrency community across Southeast Asia.
This unique collaboration allows members of the ABR community to better leverage crypto data analytics generated by Bitcurate. Their common goal is to provide more data-driven analyses to maintain the good health of the industry, as well as to build community knowledge sharing. The joint initiative seeks to drive more interested parties into the cryptocurrency industry by on-boarding them with smarter tools that augment ABR news coverage, keeping community members well informed and enabling them to make smarter investment decisions.
Blockchain adoption has taken off relatively quickly, with businesses tokenizing their products or services to catch up to the initial coin offering (ICO) hype of fundraising projects. This new alternative to venture capital gave hope to many new startups, but also opened opportunities for bad actors in the industry. Hacks, market makers, ‘pump and dump’ schemes, and ICO scams popped up one after another, after quick financial gains were associated with digital tokens. Crypto markets lacked clear regulations to govern the conduct of crypto players or protocols to handle the fallout from these incidents.
Here’s where a community — sharing the latest insights it has to offer into the crypto industry — could help prevent any further losses before it’s too late. Evolving after negative experiences of crypto-related losses, the founders of Bitcurate took on the challenge of building a data science and machine learning algorithm that generates an aggregated dataset normalized to its highest accuracy. This allows unbiased data-driven insights, sentiment, and prediction analysis to be obtained in real-time. Bitcurate has successfully increased its proprietary crypto-backed NLP analysis accuracy score to 92%. This is done through the enhanced development of the LSTM Neural Network model.
Victor Lee, CEO of Bitcurate — “Bitcurate knows the best investment strategies are data-driven. That’s why our platform track millions of data points daily, streamlining comprehensive digital assets information into the market intelligence you need when you need it. With the partnership with ABR team, we could deliver trusted data with actionable insights, market sentiment and blockchain analysis to the community. We believe in great partnership for a win-win to the companies, community and ecosystem.”
Cris Tran, Country Manager of Infinity Blockchain Ventures — “Trusted data and valuable insights are what Bitcurate is aiming to provide to the community. And we love to be a part of that effort. We look forward to sharing all the great news coming from Bitcurate.”
